We’re aiming to raise £800,000 to satisfy bank requirements.
Demolition of the old hall
State of the art classrooms and meeting rooms
The need for more secure spaces which can offer a more enhanced learning experience, is key within the Church today. As planned in the new hall, designated Sunday School classrooms with the facilities for integrated multimedia systems, will truly inspire greater concentration and focus within classes, so we can help our children grow and bring out the best in them and for their lives. We can help them develop into more mature adults and encourage them to become more creative and productive in the way they approach personal issues, thus resulting in our children having faith in themselves to become strong and confident individuals.
State of the art sports facilities
Aimed not just at the Church congregation but also at the local community, facilities offered by the new hall such as the games room, indoor and outdoor sports areas and a fully operational nursery, can encourage a wider community to utilise the new facilities. Not only will this allow financial benefit to the Church, but it will also encourage members of the Church congregation to get involved with more services that might arise, as the community moves forward to continuously develop and thrive.
Bringing the community together
The need for a new hall is not just about something looking good or a building being re-designed, but a church hall is what helps build a community, it is what helps engage members of the Church outside of the liturgical services and creates this sense of family and oneness. Thus, by enhancing the facilities and improving the functionalities and resources provided for this Church community, it is without a doubt that the congregation will grow stronger and more involved for generations to come.
Project Ark will cost approximately £3 million, therefore we would like to utilise bank lending as it’s not possible to pay this in one go. To satisfy bank requirements, we need to provide a regular income of £10,000 per month in the form of standing orders.
